How to Care for Your QNET Watch
Everyday Wear & Protection
Avoid strong impacts, heavy activity, and contact with hard surfaces.
Water Resistance & Moisture
Check water-resistance (ATM), secure crown, and avoid sudden temperature changes.
Cleaning & Surface Care
Wipe daily with a soft cloth, dry thoroughly, and avoid chemicals or abrasives.
WATCH & BRACELET CARE
Stainless Steel Bracelet Care
- Remove dirt, sweat, and skin oils that can build up between links
- Do not use during heavy work or sports
- Avoid harsh chemicals, metal cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaners
Leather Strap Care
- Natural and porous, and will wear over time
- Keep away from water, sweat, heat, and humidity
- Do not soak, scrub, or dry in direct sunlight
Rubber Strap Care
- Ideal for active use and water exposure (check ATM rating)
- Rinse or wipe regularly to remove sweat, sunscreen, oils, and any salt residue
- Avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight or heat
- Dry thoroughly before storing without bending or creasing
Ceramic Bracelet
- Ceramic is highly scratch-resistant but can chip or crack on impact
- Avoid dropping the watch or striking hard surfaces
- Do not clean with abrasive cloths, powders, or ultrasonic cleaners
- Store separately from metal jewellery and do not stack without protection
WATCH MOVEMENT & BATTERY CARE
Mechanical (Hand-Wound) Watches
- Wind gently at the same time each day
- Stop winding once resistance is felt
- Avoid strong magnetic fields
- Professional servicing is recommended every 3–5 years
Automatic Watches
- Wear regularly to maintain power reserve
- If not worn, wind before setting the time
- Use a watch winder if stored for extended periods
- Avoid strong magnetic fields
- Have the movement checked periodically by authorised service centres
Quartz Watches
- Replace the battery promptly when it stops
- Do not leave a depleted battery inside the watch
- Remove the battery if storing the watch long-term
