What you need:

How to Switch Filter Capsule
- Switch off water supply and hold showerhead firmly.
- Twist off head cap to separate showerhead into two parts.
- Remove used capsule from the chamber.
- Prepare new filter (remove the sticker when using VitC).
- Insert new capsule securely into place.
- Reattach and twist closed until sealed, then resume use.
How to Replace Sediment Filter
- Detach universal fitting from the handle.
- Remove old filter and replace with new one.
- Reconnect and seal with a twist.

Why are there multiple types of HomePure Rayn filters?
The multi-filter system is the heart of your HomePure Rayn showerhead. The sediment filter captures larger particles, the Activated Carbon Fibre (ACF) capsule provides antibacterial filtration, and the VitC capsule releases antioxidant vitamin C for a revitalising shower.
How do I know which filter capsule to use?
The ACF capsule is the HomePure Rayn's default capsule and is great for everyday use as it provides clean, energised water when you shower. If you want a more spa-like shower experience, switch it out with the VitC capsule.
How long can I use the filter capsules?
Replace ACF every 3-4 months and VitC every 3-4 weeks (depending on water pressure and temperature).
When should I replace the sediment filter?
For optimal experience, replace the sediment filter every 1.5-2 months, or whenever you notice reduced flow or visible buildup.
