How QNET Jewellery Repair Works

How QNET
Jewellery Repair Works

A simple process to get your precious jewellery expert care.

Open a service request via email, phone, or your QNET Virtual Office (VO). Include your ID number, purchase and delivery dates, repair request date, and a clear photo of the issue. You can find the contact details here.

Submit the item to the nearest office

GSC logs the case, assigns it to the appropriate Regional Service Centre, and provides a reference number. You’ll then be advised to drop off the jewellery at your nearest office.

Receive assessment and quotation

GSC will coordinate the assessment of the item's warranty status. If it’s out of warranty, you’ll receive a detailed repair and shipping quote for approval before proceeding.

Wait for the service completion notice

The service centre performs repair and quality check. GSC then arranges the return via courier or pick-up, updates the repair records, provides the tracking number, and confirms your delivery address.

Important Note: Pack items securely by using a rigid box and padding. Avoid putting adhesive directly on jewellery.

CARE

Jewellery Care & Maintenance Tips

With proper care, your jewellery can remain a valuable possession for decades.

QNETQNET

Handle with care

Keep jewellery away from sharp impacts, extreme temperatures, and everyday chemicals like perfumes, polish removers, and hairspray. These can dull metals, loosen settings, or damage pearls.

QNETQNET

Wear wisely

Remove delicate pieces during chores, sports, swimming, or handwashing. Abrasive surfaces, chlorine, and soaps can weaken settings, knock stones loose, or cause discolouration.

QNETQNET

Clean and store smartly

Clean pieces periodically using warm soapy water and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly. Store each item in its own soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches and tangles.
